SlimImg is run by a small independent team, so you will usually hear back within one or two business days.

What we can help with

1.Bug reports. Include the tool you used, your browser and operating system, the file type you tried, and the exact steps that triggered the problem.
2.Feature requests. Tell us which format, preset, or workflow is missing and how you would use it.
3.Corrections. Spotted an outdated limit or a wrong number in a guide? We verify and fix it.
4.Partnerships and press. If you want to feature SlimImg, suggest a collaboration, or ask about our privacy and security approach, this is the right address.

A note on privacy

Please do not attach private photos to your email. SlimImg tools process images locally in your browser, so there is no reason to send us your files and we cannot debug a specific image without one anyway. Describe the issue instead, or link to a harmless test file. For details on what we do and do not collect, see our privacy policy.
